Living most of my life seeing through a single eye and meeting few others with similar super powers, I thought I was fairly unique. However, I find that I am not alone. The more I look around, the more I find that the world is full of one-eyed people.

One of my many good friends in high school and later my first college roommate was blind in one eye from a childhood nail-gun accident. I credit his unique sense of sight for his increased sense of humor.
