I had some of the best medicine this afternoon – belly laughing with my three sons. After collecting Alex, Caleb and Noah to the sofa, goofing in front of the laptop commenced. For about 10 minutes we snapped image after image with PhotoBooth on my macbook. Who knew that we could bring back the old time fun of carnival mirrors to our living room with the click of a button.
Laughing out loud together is some of the best fun we have had as a family in weeks. Afterwards, at the dinner table had a different feel than usual. Everyone was relaxed and laid back now that that the medicine of laughter had coursed through our bodies.
I will have to remember to do this more often!
(I’m guessing those folks who have never met our family are thinking…”I hope they really are not that ugly.”)
